Monogramming
  • All monogramming is done by hand, in house. Each set of initials is unique so there can be slight variations in the finish. 
  • All initials are embossed in capital letters, if you require lower case please contact us via email 
  • We offer three colours of monogramming: Silver and Gold, as well as blind embossing where we melt only the initials into the product with no foil 
  • We recommend up to three initials only due to the size of product and font used. However, we are flexible so please contact us if you wish something else. 
Delivery & Returns

  • All items are dispatched within 2-3 days

  • Standard delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch time 

  • All items are sent via DPD and can be tracked

  • As items are personalised these are non returnable 

  • Any faulty items will be refunded (faulty within first 30 days)
