- All initials are embossed in capital letters, if you require lower case please contact us via email 

- We offer three colours of monogramming: Silver, Gold and Red as well as blind embossing where we melt only the initials into the product with no foil 

- We recommend up to three initials only due to the size of product and font used. However, we are flexible so please contact us if you wish something else.  

Delivery & Returns 

- All items are dispatched within 7 days

- Standard delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch time (10 days in total) 

- All items are sent via Royal Mail and a signature required on arrival (if no one will be in there will be a note left by RM asking you to collect at local depot) 

- As items are personalised these are non returnable 

- Any faulty items will be refunded (faulty within first 30 days)
